This place suits me perfectly with amenities like wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and off-site car park. I also remember the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones. Highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for a city break!

the 'free' wifi was utterly useless. and the stairs, my goodness, if i wanted to exercise, i woudl've hit the gym! not to mention, after all those climbs, a simple gesture like a complimentary drink would have been nice but apparently, this hotel doesn’t believe in kindness. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Clean and warm interior. Decent breakfast options served between 8-10 am.
If you're not keen on stairs, it’s worth asking for a lower floor. the place is massive. The shared bathroom can be cramped, and the en suite is on the smaller side. not ideal if you value space. I found the bed a bit unsatisfactory and the noise levels could be distracting.

A fantastic location right in the heart, making it easy to explore local shops and eateries. The breakfast was delightful, offering a nice selection of seasonal dishes. the lack of on-site parking was inconvenient, and some staff could benefit from a bit more friendliness to enhance the overall hospitality.
